The 603 + μP analyzer for Release Agents has been designed and manufactured for the measurement and regulation of the concentration of release agents used in die-castings. Cell 603 consists of a PP chamber which houses the measuring electrode, the reference electrode and the counter electrode, the optional temperature sensor for the thermocompensation of the measurement, the automatic sample flow rate adjustment system. The electrodes are in direct contact with the liquid in measurement which flows with a constant speed, self-regulated by the cell itself, and are kept active by the flow of the sample in measurement.
