The magnetic float level transmitter acts as a recorder of the fill level readings. The operation of the measure is based on the float principle. Through a guide tube, the magnetic field, which is contained in the spherical or cylindrical float, triggers the reed contacts. The measured voltage is proportional to the height of the filling level (3-wire potentiometer circuit). The connection with a control unit can convert the resistance value into a standardized analog value, for example 4 ÷ 20 mA.
