LEVEL SWITCH

CONDUCTIVITY

NIVOCONT

Level switches, based on the conductivity principle, can be applied to liquids with conductivity higher than 10 μS / cm. To detect the level, the probes are immersed in the tank and act as contacts of an electrical circuit. The probes can be in single or multiple versions.

CONDUCTIVE LEVEL SWITCH

Use the conductivity of the liquid to be checked; the electric current passes through the liquid and comes into contact with the electrode which reveals the level reached. The probes available can be single electrode or multi electrode (max 5) with rod or cable. The process connections are the most varied, threaded, flanged or sanitary, of different sizes and materials. The control units associated with the resistive probes allow sensitivity adjustments, delay times and also the verification of the connections between the probe and the control units.

NIVOFLOAT

The NIVOFLOAT NW-100 tilting float level switch is suitable for various liquids, in particular sewers in wells, tanks, basins or cisterns. The double chamber float is made of injection-molded polypropylene steel which guarantees good waterproof protection. The contact microswitch is incorporated in the float. The level switch cable is a flexible insulated copper cable with a cross section of 3x 1 mm2 (AWG 17) and external insulation in PVC or Neopren.

VIBRATION

NIVOSWITCH

The NIVOSWITCH vibrating fork level switches are suitable for level detection of liquids or granular solids in powder form. Units with a parallel vibrating fork are suitable for liquids, while units with a non-parallel vibrating fork are suitable for solids. Mounted on pipes, silos, tanks or collection / emptying bins these devices can generate alarms that provide protection against overload or dry running.

Data sheet

NIVOCONT R

The NIVOCONT R series vibrating bar level switches are robust instruments designed for indicating low and high levels of granules and powders with a minimum density of 0.05kg / dm3. Mounted on tanks, silos or hopper containers it can control filling / emptying or provide fail-safe alarm signals. We recommend the use of the polished version for abrasive media.

DIAPASON LEVEL SWITCH

Suitable for the control of liquids such as oils, water, paints and transparent inks, sauces, milk, liquids containing carbon dioxide, foamy oils. It is designed for universal use in tanks and pipes.

LEVEL SWITCH FOR GRANULATES AND POWDERS

It allows to control the level thresholds of products in powder or granules by means of two vibrating prongs. Typical applications are overflow protection or lack of product control (flour, cereals, milk powder, sand, cement, plastic or organic granules, expanded polystyrene, etc.)

ROTARY BLADES

NIVOROTA

The new series of NIVOROTA rotary vane level switches is used to detect the level of lumpy or dusty materials and granules. Mounted on tanks, silos and hoppers, it can monitor and control the level, filling and emptying of stored materials such as stone, fly ash, sand, coal, feed, beetroot slices, etc. A small electric motor drives the blade which rotates freely in the absence of the material. When the pallet is immersed in the material that reaches it, the motor switches off at the same time by activating the output contact switch. When the material level drops again, the engine is reactivated and the switch returns to its original state. Dust Ex versions are available for use in hazardous environments.

FLOATING

1003 Series

The magnetic float switch works on the basis of the floating principle and using the magnetic transmission (permanent magnet / reed contact). Depending on the number of preset switching functions and the intervals, the device will be equipped with one or more floats.

Data sheet

1003-H Series

The horizontal magnetic switches operate with reed contact (shielding gas contact). The activation of the reed contacts by the magnetic field of a permanent magnet located at the intake of the float is activated completely without wear and without contact. The only moving component of the horizontal magnetic float switch is the floating system as a whole.

Data sheet

MAGNETIC SWITCH

1008 Series

A magnetic switch consists of two flat contact blades inserted in a glass bulb filled with protective gas. As a permanent magnet approaches, the interlaced ends of the contact blades are attracted to each other. With the permanent magnet removed, the contact blades quickly demagnetize and return to their rest state.
